Menu Refettorio
The word Refettorio (“refectory“) comes from the Latin reficere, meaning “to restore”, “to renew”.
The “Refectory” is the environment intended for consuming meals.
Originally it was the place where the monks gathered to share the daily meal.
From here was born our gastronomic idea of offering a simple and tasty menu of only three courses which presents the “Great Classics” of traditional Italian cuisine, always available in our Osteria.
