In our menus we offer genuine and authentic Italian cuisine according to the different and ancient traditions of the regions of Italy, from North to South, starting from the most classic and well-known recipes up to some reinterpretations of recipes of our inspiration and creation.
In our kitchen we choose almost exclusively fresh or organic products, such as meat, fish, vegetables and cheeses from our area, sometimes at Km 0, from small local producers selected by us and carefully respecting the course of the seasons.
We always make fresh pasta at home, such as ravioli, gnocchi, tagliatelle, tagliolini, with the best flours, while spaghetti and other types of pasta are only and exclusively of Italian brand and highly selected, such as the legendary “spaghetto n° 1 quadrato” used in some dishes of the Gourmet menu.
All the desserts and jams on our menus are home-made and artfully created by Silvia’s experience, together with pizzas, focaccias and breadsticks always homemade by her magical hands.
In our dishes we use only EVO oil from our olive trees, only unsalted centrifugal butter and only Himalayan pink salt and all natural spices, sometimes from our garden, for a healthy, balanced and natural diet.
The wide and varied Cretan wine list, selected by us together with the wine producers of our territory, and a small selection of Italian wines will accompany you in the tasting of our dishes.
We love cooking according to our Italian traditions, we love eating well and healthy, drinking good wine.
We want to convey our passion for good food to everyone by offering our recipes of authentic and traditional Italian cuisine.
