Menu Refettorio
The word refettorio (“refectory”) derives from the Latin reficere, meaning “to restore”.
The refectory is the place traditionally designated for the consumption of meals.
Originally, it was the room where monks gathered to share their daily meal.
From this tradition comes our gastronomic idea: to offer a simple and tasty three-course menu featuring the “Great Classics” of traditional Italian cuisine, available during the summer season in our Osteria.
