A great classic of Italian cuisine, the combination of raw ham and melon guarantees a contrast between the saltiness of the seasoned ham and the sweet and scent of the melon.
Buffalo mozzarella with anchovies is an appetizer with a delicate and savory flavor: a perfect combination of the delicate flavor of mozzarella and the strong and intense flavor of anchovy fillets.

The prawns are wrapped in a soft batter which becomes irresistibly crunchy when fried. A slice of lemon to be enjoyed together with the prawns enhances all their flavour.
The tenderloin is one of the finest cuts of beef and rare cooking with the scent of rosemary enhances its flavor and guarantees an unmistakable taste for meat lovers.
Drunken meatloaf is a tasty soft and succulent second course. Cooking in wine enhances and adds flavor to a seemingly simple dish with an irresistible taste.
